Payment for all orders is made at the time of ordering, on this website, through the DPO Group (3G Direct Pay Limited) secure payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard and M-PESA. We do not accept payment on delivery.

Card and mobile-money details are entered on DPO's PCI DSS compliant payment page and are never stored on our servers. Your use of the payment page is additionally subject to DPO Group's own terms and conditions, available at www.dpogroup.com.

Though the total amount that the customer is charged is clearly indicated on the payment page, the customer may incur additional costs depending on the preferred mode of payment (i.e. Safaricom charges for M-PESA transfers, debit card transaction fees for debit cards, etc).

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not accept returns / exchanges of products after delivery. In-store credit notes cannot be generated for items purchased online. No cash refunds will be allowed.

If a product is deemed faulty upon delivery, a credit may be issued for use on the online store, depending on the circumstances of the incident.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
